This treatment includes professional double cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, masque, and hydration. Additional products and therapies may be added to target the individual needs of your skin.

Stress Relieving Massage Treatment - 30 Minutes
This treatment combines stress relieving oils with light massage techniques to ease muscle tension, pain and fatigue. The back, neck, shoulders and scalp are included. The movements used in this very specialized treatment will stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation increasing the supply of nutrients to the tissues and will help attain the desired relaxation effect.

Body Polish - 30 Minutes
A full body exfoliation using therapeutic sea salts and essential oils which renew the skin as soft and polished. Light massage techniques added to this treatment adds to a feeling of complete restoration.

Deep Thermal Therapy with Thermal Stamp
Inspired by the practices of 14th century Thai Therapy, this Thermal Body Therapy Treatment utilizes a unique fabric stamp filled with skin-benefiting ingredients and the power of heat to detoxify, remineralise, de-stress, exfoliate and relax. Natural earth clays draw out impurities while Tropical Asian Ginger and White Tea stimulate circulation and smooth skin. The deep manipulations along the pressure points and the meridian of the body relieve aching muscle tissue and work to rebalance the body.

Massage

K. Paige Massage
Swedish massage developed by Per Henrik Ling in the 19th century, is the foundation of modern western massage. It is structured around five different strokes and techniques; Effleurage (gliding), Petrissage (kneading), Friction (deep strokes), Tapotement (rhythmic percussion), and Jostling or vibration. Helpful in reducing pain and joint stiffness, it also has been shown to improve blood flow to the muscles and skin and increase circulation to the extremities. Swedish massage is also a great stress reducer and enhances overall state of health and well-being.

Deep–tissue Massage Deep tissue work addresses areas of the body that are chronically tense, achy and feel contracted. It can be more intense than Swedish massage and often Swedish techniques are incorporated in the deep work. Deep tissue often provides a more long lasting effect than Swedish and can be quite profound as an effective tool to loosen and restore muscle balance and range of motion.

Sports Massage A technique that uses deep massage strokes to help prepare the body for intense exercise or to reduce soreness caused by the build-up of lactic acid after exercise. Sports massage can ease physical injuries by stretching and toning damaged muscles, resulting in decreased recovery time. It can also soften scar tissue caused by previous injuries and assists in detoxifying the body.

K. Paige Manicure - 30 Minutes This relaxing service includes the proper maintenance of the nails and cuticle. Followed with a hand massage and then polished to perfection.

Almond Spa Manicure - 45 Minutes
Relax with this luxurious treatment for the hands. Begin with a nourishing hand and nail soak and proper maintenance to the nails and cuticles. A replenishing moisture scrub will be used to polish the hands, followed by a conditioning hand mask along with a hydrating hand cream to leave skin feeling smooth and refined. Includes polish.

K. Paige Pedicure - 60 Minutes
Relax while soaking in our soothing foot bath, including proper maintenance to the nails, cuticles and calluses. Followed with a foot massage then a polishing to perfection.

Mineral Spa Pedicure - 75 Minutes
Escape in the luxurious foot treatment beginning with an aroma therapeutic foot soak and proper maintenance to the nails, cuticles and calluses. Next an exfoliation to the feet using a sea salt scrub followed by a rejuvenating mineral clay mask. Your service ends with a foot massage leaving feet soft and renewed, then a polishing to perfection.

The Bride Plus One
In addition to the Classic Bride services and treats, this package includes a hair, makeup, manicure, and pedicure treatment for the bride’s guest on the day of the wedding.

INFORMATION

Appointments
We strongly recommend that you call in advance to reserve a day and time that is ideal for you. A confirmation call will be made 48 hrs in advance to remind you of the date and time of your appointment.  Some services may require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment.

Punctuality
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment begins. If you arrive 15 minutes past the time of your scheduled appointment you may be asked to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we request at least 24 hours notice to prevent a credit card charge equal to the service that was missed. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.

Parking
Parking is available on the streets surrounding the salon, however please observe the posted times for permitted parking. Metered parking is available on Sheffield for a limit of 2 hours. The parking spaces behind the salon are available on a first come first serve basis.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are available in any denomination or for a service or package of your choice. Out gift cards never expire. They may be purchased in person or over the phone.

Children
Please make sure that your child is overseen in order to ensure their safety and to provide an enjoyable salon experience for both yourself and others. If this is unfeasible, we will gladly reschedule your service and we appreciate your assistance.

Spa Area
For an enhanced experience in our spa area, and more importantly for their safety we ask that you do not bring your infant or child in to the skin care or nail room. Also, please refrain from cell phone usage in the spa area.

Student Discounts
Discounts are offered on haircut services for students all day Sunday and Monday, Tuesday through Friday from 10AM til 4PM.  No discount will be offered on Saturday.

We graciously accept gratuities at K. Paige Salon Hair & Skin; however we ask that it is in the form of cash. An ATM is available for use outside for your convenience.
